Join Our CommunityHow We Learn Together
Peer Learning Circles
Small groups of 6-8 participants meet weekly to discuss capital allocation cases, share workplace experiences, and challenge each other's thinking. Members rotate leadership roles, ensuring everyone develops facilitation skills alongside technical knowledge.
Collaborative Project Work
Teams tackle month-long projects analyzing real company scenarios. You'll work with professionals from different industries - maybe a bank analyst partners with a startup CFO and a corporate treasurer. These diverse perspectives make the learning richer.
Knowledge Exchange Sessions
Every two weeks, community members present mini-workshops on specialized topics they know well. Last cohort included sessions on renewable energy investments, healthcare sector analysis, and managing capital during economic uncertainty.
Cross-Industry Networking
Our community spans banking, consulting, startups, and established corporations. You'll build genuine professional relationships that extend far beyond the program duration. Many participants still collaborate on projects years later.
